Planning takes a vital role within a fashion shoot, a lot of time is consumed, therefore organisation and time management is essential.

In order to create and organised a good shoot is fundamental that you take into consideration the following steps, which are:

• Concept Theme
• Final Garment
• Search for the model/garment fitting
• Plan photo shoot/ arrange location
• Meeting up with photographer and MUA
• Photo Shoot

Concept Theme

• It is one of the most important things that I need to consider before I plan anything else. It will then lead to other choices like, make up, location and type of the model. It can start with most simplistic thing then develop to what you have in mind and your vision.
• Despite of how you organised or conduct the fashion shoot, it will end up with an idea being which is great for portfolio/fashion promotion.
• Coming up with theme it is time consuming, as most of the times, you need to relate to your initial research, so you will get the idea. 

Final Garment

• It is constructed based on the research and inspirations as well as the other materials included. 

Search for the Model/Garment Fitting

• In this point you need to search for the model according to the characteristics for the garment, for example: slim, plus size, big breasts, tattoos or piercing. Is important because it will determine whether or nor appropriate for the photo shoot and theme. So then after the approval you can move forward with fitting.

Plan photo shoot (location)

• Soon as the garment is almost complete, then the next worry is to arrange photo shoot and location where will take place, it has to be well thought as everything has to be linked from MUA, to garment.

Meeting with Photographer and MUA

• The final decisions will be made in order to create an amazing day and look.

Photo shoot

• Organisation from the teams and model is essential, in order for the day to go smooth. Also the model punctuality has to be super good so the things get started early and on time.
